Micro-Surface Profiling and Rendering
SurfaceScope™ panoramically profiles the micro-topography of any surface that can be examined in a reflected light microscope. Lenslets, ink on paper, metal, plastic, or ceramic roughness, microscopic channels, painted substrates, integrated circuits, MEMs, particles, insects, and plants can be rendered and measured in 3D. SurfaceScope™ can also sense buried surface topology visible through transparent layers. Adjacent fields of view can be stitched together for very large area topographical maps with microscopic resolution.
